Starting & finishing days
In general "change over days" are Saturdays and Sundays, where possible, but with the advantages of low cost air travel we will try to be as flexible as possible about arrival & departure dates and times. 

On the "change over days" the accommodation will be fully serviced prior to your arrival. If your arrival is significantly delayed for any reason (flight delays or breakdown) please contact us as soon as possible on 0034 958343842 or 0034 659554622

Gas, electric and water
Normal consumption is included within the price of the accommodation, but firewood in the winter months will be added as an additional cost depending on the length of your stay, this will be made clear at the time.
Electricity supply is via eco friendly solar power.
All the accommodation have gas heaters and or cast iron wood burning stoves for those cooler winter evenings.

Long term rentals are available please email with your requirements.

Bed linen & towels
The use of regularly laundered bed linen & bathroom towels is included in the price. Beach & pool towels (ie outdoor use) are not provided, but can be hired for an additional charge.

Cot, playpen & baby car seat
A travel cot and wooden playpen can be provided. You can also have the use our baby car seat for use whilst on holiday, if prior notice is given at the time of booking.

Cleaning - Self Catering
The accommodation, will be serviced between occupancies. However with the time limited between changeovers, it would be appreciated if you could leave the accommodation and contents, as you would expect to find them. During your stay the floors in your accommodation are washed every 2 / 3 days by Belinda.

Occupancy
The maximum number of people staying in the accommodation at any time must be stipulated on the booking form and confirmed at time of booking, any additional people staying must be agreed prior to arrival.

Telephone
Most mobiles do get good reception in this area.

Swimming pool & pool area
The swimming pool is filtered and chlorinated on a regular basis, and is open between 10am and 9pm to all guests. We provide sun loungers and ample seating areas for guests to sit, relax and unwind. We also have a barbeque facility in the courtyard area.

 
If you require further help during your stay your hosts Belinda & David live and work close by and will be only to happy to assist you in any way but rest assured we will always respect your privacy.
